Facilitates the understanding of damper system perfor-mance influences on vehicle dynamics. 61 Takes the lead in setting key product performance criteria for vehicle dynam-ics. o Create methodology & definitions to set objective performance cri-teria for vehicle performances (ride comfort & handling) o Support new technology developments (in hardware & software) for vehicle performance target achievements o Completion of subjective & objective vehicle performance evalua-tions and measurements o Act as point of reference in case of vehicle dynamics related per-formance issues 61 Define proper system architecture to ensure best possible integration of the product onto the vehicle: o Lead development team in their understanding of the implications involved when integrating the product into the vehicle suspension o Support benchmarking activities to understand market trends in system architecture 61 Support the development team in the area of vehicle dynamics simulation: o Develop the methodology to simulate vehicle dynamics perfor-mance from a product performance point of view o Ensure the proper cascading of vehicle performance targets to product performance targets
