计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上 .NET Core 开发经验。
熟练掌握 C#、ASP.NET Core、Entity Framework Core，具备微服务架构 及分布式系统开发经验。
熟悉 PostgreSQL、SQL Server、MySQL 等数据库，并具备 SQL 性能优化 经验。
熟练使用 Redis 及其他缓存技术，优化系统响应速度。
掌握 Git 版本控制，熟悉 CI/CD、Docker、Kubernetes 等 DevOps 工具和流程。
具备良好的面向对象设计和系统架构能力，熟悉常见设计模式。
熟悉云计算平台（如 AWS、Azure、GCP），并具备云端部署经验。
熟悉网络安全及后端 API 设计，确保系统安全性和稳定性。
具备团队协作与沟通能力，能够高效与跨职能团队合作。
具备主动学习和问题解决能力，对新技术保持敏感度。
具备敏捷开发经验，熟悉 Scrum/Kanban 流程。
