1. Be responsible for order release, tracking, and production progress coordination to ensure the effective execution of the production plan.

2. Responsible for assigned new project sourcing, RFQ, price analysis, negotiation and cross function alignment, on time delivery with right Quality/ Time/ Price.

3. Initiate and implement necessary purchasing projects, conduct supplier market research and evaluation, negotiate prices and capacities, improve cost/production effectiveness.
发起并执行必要的采购项目，开展供应商市场调研与评估，就价格与产能进行谈判，提升成本效益与生产效率。
4. Implement regional purchasing strategy for assigned commodities including but not limited to new supplier development, benchmarking, cost model etc.
实施指定品类的区域采购策略，包括但不限于开发新供应商、进行对标分析、构建成本模型等。
5. Support programs launch to meet timing and quality requirement.
助力项目启动，确保满足时间和质量要求。
6. Responsible for annual cost reduction and value chain review, identify the risk/opportunity, take right action and try the best.
负责年度成本削减及价值链评估，识别风险与机遇，采取恰当行动并全力以赴。
