Purpose of the Position The ECM Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving the sales goals for Test & Measurment accelerometer, Pressure sensor and KIDAQ products from the Generic Division. The assigned Territory is Beijing (universities), Tianjin, Heibei, Shandong. He/she will visit existing and potential customer sites, provide advice on appropriate applications and sell products into those application areas.
Main Tasks 1. Develop the business in the territory 2. Build and maintain customer relationships 3. Prepare quotations and negotiate conditions 4. Work with local solution Distributor to establish our company as commercial and technical leader in local accelerometer, pressure sensor and KIDAQ market 5. Work with order fulfillment, customer service and headquarter to ensure competitive advantages in quality, delivery times and services 6. Plan and execute product marketing activities such as seminars, local marketing material, support of local exhibitions with support from local SO and business unit 7. Be responsible for transfer the customer’s feedback to application manager. Collecting the competitor information; has a good strategy competing with the rival. Any marketing activity should be sent to application manager and marketing manager in written. 8. Other Jobs assigned by Line Mananger

Competencies 61 Experience in the application of sensor, associated electronics and software highly dynamic measurement applications, such as modal analyze, crash testing, combustion events, turbines, etc. 61 Technical knowledge of dynamic sensors and associated electronics. 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements Profile
1. Related engineering degree, major in testing Mechanics or M&E engineering is a strong plus 2. Above 3 years of sales experience of the similar products with good sales records 3. Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills 4. Entrepreneurial spirit, Self-motivated, flexible and good team player 5. Good teamwork. 6. Fluent in speaking and written English
