Job Purpose
This position is to serve IP Renewals China clients and handle inquiries/requests/concerns/issues to deliver services, thus securing renewals revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clients to have a positive experience at all stages of the renewal service
- Dispatch of renewal reminders & invoices, credits
- Processing of renewal instructions
- Budget Forecast & Estimates
- Responsible for addressing all client inquires and providing solution
- Contracts & Business take-on
Skills & Experience
- 3 or 5-year experience in IP focused role essential, preferably IP renewals.
- Ability to interact and communicate with clients effectively.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Planning and organizing.
- Team Player
- Self-starter and acts upon own initiative.
- Ability to solve problems and offer solutions.
