Qualification Good & active communication & reporting skills. Good organization skills & strategic and logic thinking. Experience on assistant to VP or high level management. Cross functional cooperation experience. Active steering experience in team and project management experience. Purchasing or Project Purchasing experience would be plus. Proactive attitude and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Fluent in English. Excellent PPT skills. Advanced business planning/ development experience as add on. Project management or PMO experience could be beneficial. Working experience 3 years and above, in area of Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
