● Develop the product promotion strategies and tactics/activities for OC business and closely cooperate with sales team to ensure the sales targets to be reached annually. ● Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product. ● To build up and maintain the relationship with KOLs and key users of central cities and Key cities. ● Design and update promotion tools such as promotional items and brochures for marketing and campaigns or overseeing such activity. ● Plan and implement marketing activities as well as case studies according to yearly plan. ● Provide marketing training material to training department for employee training and execute employee training according to agreement with training departments. ● Maintain good communication with cross – departments and HQ, and obtain support to ensure the smooth implementation and promotion of product strategies and product promotion activities.

● Medical university background, major in pharmaceutical related and the Master degree is a plus ● More than 2 years’ working experience of PM position in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies. Preference will be given to those with front - line sales experience. ● Familiar with colostomy in related fields is plus.
