As a Sales Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of our sales team, learning the ins and outs of our business while gaining hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities:
-Market development and customer relationship management.
-Understand customer needs and market trends to provide the sales team with market insights and customer feedback.
-Manage large-scale retail outlets and channel management for chain supermarkets.
-Participate in the planning and execution of sales projects to improve sales performance.
-Oversee the management and training of the sales team to enhance the team's sales capabilities.

What We're Looking For:
-Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from the 2023 to 2024, with good comprehensive abilities and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, with a minimum of CET-6 or equivalent (IELTS 6.0/TOEFL 95 or above); Proficiency in English is required for work purposes.
-Priority will be given to candidates with relevant work experience in sales or marketing, who are familiar with sales techniques and market development.
-Strong data analysis skills and team collaboration abilities, adept at handling sales issues.
-Accept the assignments and transfers in *** and second-tier cities across the country, with the ability to work under pressure.
