Major Tasks Develop a marketing strategy for the brand in the retail pharmacy channel, driving the achievement of the brand s business goals, resource planning and implementation, effectiveness evaluation and optimization. Deep insight into retail pharmacy shoppers and customers: fully understand and analyze the macro market environment, policies, competitive landscape, and the characteristics of shoppers and patients needs in the company s product categories, meet and create shopper needs, and create value for customers Develop brand marketing campaigns targeting retail pharmacy shoppers and customers, including marketing plans, event execution, material design and production, execution guidelines, incentive mechanisms, and a complete set of marketing activities Planning and managing market activity investments: developing channel market activity investment strategies for the brands under its jurisdiction, tracking investment effectiveness, and continuously optimizing investment efficiency. Establish SOP: Marketing activity management, content strategy, resource allocation management and effectiveness evaluation, channel and display optimization, activity KPI development and review for customers and shoppers. Cross departmental communication and collaboration: Coordinate brand theme activities, cost planning, and other information with the hospital BU brand marketing department to maximize sales achievement and share increase.
