What You’ll Be Doing: 1.Provides the highest level of service to meet customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures 2.Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, vendor resources and customers. 3.Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective processes routine/ smaller customer orders accurately and timely. 4.Resolves discrepancies with the customer prior to order entry. 5.Enters sales orders into the Arrow system. 6.Review backlog report to fulfill orders most effectively. 7.Meets customer service agreements established in SOW 8.Backlog Management, Billing and Resolution of vendor Invoice Discrepancies and Claims
What We Are Looking For: 1.Typically requires a 4-year degree with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor companies or electronics distributors. 2.Could Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision 3.Problem-solving, service oriented and "Can do" attitudes 4.Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer 5.Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
