Actively communicate with project parties, industry associations, consulting agencies, etc., collect project information, conduct preliminary screening and evaluation, and establish a project reserve library.
2. Due diligence and competition analysis: Lead the due diligence of the project, use professional competition methods and techniques, and conduct in-depth analysis of key factors such as market environment, industry trends, technology levels, and competition landscape. Write detailed due diligence reports, accurately identify potential project risks, and propose targeted risk response strategies and consulting suggestions to provide a strong basis for investment decisions.
3. Investment analysis and consulting support: Use professional knowledge such as asset investment and equity investment to conduct comprehensive financial analysis of sewage projects, including cost-benefit analysis, capital flow forecast, investment return rate calculation, etc. Provide professional investment consulting services to company executives, participate in investment plan formulation and negotiation strategy planning, and collaborate with legal, financial and other departments to complete the drafting, review and signing of investment contracts to ensure legal compliance of investment transactions.
4. Post-investment management and value enhancement: Responsible for daily management of projects after investment, closely tracking project progress, and regularly evaluating project operating conditions and investment performance. Job requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, environmental engineering and other related majors. Applicants with CPA certificate, national legal professional qualification and other related certificates are preferred.
2. Work experience: More than 3 years of working experience in the investment field. Applicants with investment experience in environmental protection projects are preferred. Applicants familiar with the investment process of sewage projects are preferred.
3. Professional skills: Proficient in asset investment and equity investment knowledge, proficient in due diligence methods and techniques, and capable of writing high-quality due diligence reports. Able to accurately analyze financial indicators such as return on investment, proficient in using Excel, PPT and other office software, and master professional financial analysis tools.
4. Ability and quality: Have keen market insight and risk identification ability, and be able to quickly capture investment opportunities and risk points.
