PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Stand from RF side, work with SAA team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with Key-customer‘s RD team, to ensure success in long term business relation MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Well communication with customer to figure out customer‘s tech requirement; - Evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer; - Make RF design for certain project; - Prepare RF sample, approval sheet, RF test instruction, with PM/ME; - Work with ME/PM for all design documentation from RF side; - Proactively involve project activities for RF and general projects issue; - Proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer; - Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter‘s arrangement. JOB SPECIFICATION - University degree major in RF discipline; - At least 1 years RF design experience in mass production industry is preferable; - RF knowledge, ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure; - Work with team member with different individual natural; - Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way; - Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, decision making; - Good at written English, team work, constructive, proactive.
