1.Executing and Monitoring SAP COPA closing procedure of over one legal entities to meet strict deadlines and fix any problems during the process. 2.Analyzing new product cost and profitability, lead annual CSC/TP campaign procedure of at least one legal entity to release accurate yearly new cost with all detailed analysis (actual vs standard, analysis of changes, etc.). 3. Acting as business partner to providing professional costing & FP&A support to finance controller and operation team of legal entities, not limited to P&L YoY analysis, base cost breakdowns, Product Mix analysis, and Core references analysis to monitor trend of products cost. 4. Communication bridge of Finance Share Service Centers and legal entities; providing professional guidance of GL postings. 5. Assist Finance Share Service Centers in Balance Sheet items review, HFM reporting, long aging items cleanups and capital investments tracking, etc. 6. Participating in daily operation of legal entities, not limited to PPV analysis, BOM/Routing check validations, E-Change validations, and ad hoc requirements from operation team. 7. Support in quarterly rolling forecast and annual budget processes and providing actual database accordingly. 8. Participate in lean finance projects and streamline existing business and finance processes Professional Experience: 1. 3 years+ solid working experiences in costing/FP&A role of multinational companies with high potentials 2. Manufacturing site working experience of costing or FP&A is preferred.
Education background: 1. Bachelor + majored in finance related is a must 2. MBA or master degree is preferred 3. CMA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA is a plus
