1、3-10 years work experience
2、Experience within the field of automotive industry – supplier management, quality management, manufacture engineering, project management
3、Bachelor degree or above in electrical/mechanical/chemical/automotive engineering or comparable educational background
4、Fluent English in both oral and written Willing to travel frequently
5、 Good interpersonal and communications skills
