This role involves leading and developing store managers, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development: o Lead, coach, and develop store managers to ensure high performance and engagement. o Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. o Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback. Sales and Profitability: o Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales and profitability goals. o Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. o Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage. Operational Excellence: o Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and standards. o Oversee the execution of visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand consistency. o Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the region. Customer Experience: o Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. o Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner. o Implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience. Communication and Collaboration: o Serve as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and store teams. o Communicate company goals, initiatives, and updates to store managers and staff. o Act as the primary point of contact for landlords. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional objectives.
