Responsibilities: 61 Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Domain related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals 61 Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations 61 Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback 61 Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted 61 Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars 61 Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted
Qualifications: 61 In-depth knowledge about finance, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain 61 Basic knowledge in the areas of Power BI, good knowledge about MS office, and VBA and zeal to upgrade, and learn in all modes of training 61 2-8 years of experience 61 Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines 61 Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) 61 Highly motivated and willing to work hard 61 Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive 61 Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected
