The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure. This includes network systems, security, and end-user support. Also plays a key role in strategic IT planning, vendor management, and team leadership to support business operations and growth. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to support high-stakes business operations and ensure users have uninterrupted access to IT services. What will you do? Lead IT support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth IT service delivery. Ensure user onboarding and offboarding processes are streamlined. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align IT with business needs. Optimize IT costs, vendor contracts, and IT asset management. Lead IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Capacity Planning: Assess infrastructure needs and plan for scalability, including hardware/software upgrades. Manage endpoint devices and software deployment as per company's Standard Oversee the design and administration of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SD-WAN solutions.
What you will need? 4+years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related roles to IT Infrastructure & operations Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with executives, explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Leadership, team management, and project management experience. Strong expertise in networking and IT service management.
