Objectives of the Position
负责开关柜新产品项目的物料开发和批准，确保批产物料的工艺可靠性、符合质量要求、具有成本效益。
Responsible for the material development and approval of new product projects of switchgear to ensure the process reliability, quality requirements and cost-effectiveness of batch materials.
II – 主要工作职责Essential
Duties & Responsibilities
物料开发Material Development
· 与研发、生产、质量、采购等部门紧密合作、确保物料开发工作顺利进行；
· Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality, and procurement departments to ensure the smooth progress of material development
· 负责物料的可制造性设计（DFM），确定物料的制造工艺和生产流程；
· Responsible for the design for manufacturability (DFM) of materials, determine the manufacturing process and production process of materials;
· 与供应商协作，确保物料的可制造性和生产效率；
· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material manufacturability and production efficiency;
· 与质量部门合作，制定物料的质量控制过程，确保物料在生产过程中符合质量要求；
· Cooperate with the quality department to develop the quality control process of the material to ensure that the material meets the quality requirements in the production process;
· 组织制定物料的出厂前的验证项目，确保其符合产品设计；
· Organize and establish pre-delivery verification items for materials to ensure compliance with product design requirements;
· 分析物料成本，寻找降成本的机会；
· Analyze material costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction;
· 解决物料在开发过程中遇到的技术问题；
· Resolve technical issues encountered during material development;
· 评估物料开发过程中的潜在风险、制定应对措施；
· Assess potential risks in the material development process and take response measures;
物料批准Material Approval
· 组织并执行物料的批准流程，确保物料符合设计要求和质量要求;
· Organize and execute the material approval process to ensure materials meet design and quality requirements;
· 跟踪物料批准的全过程，确保满足项目时间要求;
· Track the entire material approval process to ensure project timelines are met
· 评估供应商的质量控制计划;
· Evaluate suppliers' quality control plans;
III – 岗位要求Qualifications & Requirements
教育背景
Education Background
本科及以上学历，材料，机械或电气相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in materials, mechanical or electrical related.
工作经验
Working Experience
3年以上物料开发或相关领域工作经验，熟悉物料开发和批准流程
More than 3 years of working experience in material development or related fields, familiar with material development and approval process
岗位知识/技能
Position Knowledge/Skills
物料知识，熟悉常用物料的性能、规格和应用场景。
Material knowledge, familiar with the performance, specifications and applications of commonly used materials.
工艺知识，熟悉常见的制造工艺（如注塑、冲压、机加工等），了解其优缺点和适用范围。
Process knowledge, familiar with common manufacturing processes (such as injection molding, stamping, machining, etc.), understand their advantages, disadvantages and scope of application.
测试能力，熟悉材料性能测试、可靠性测试等方法。
Testing ability, familiar with materials performance testing, reliability testing and other methods.
成本控制，具备物料成本分析和优化的能力，能够提出有效的成本控制方案。
Cost control, with the ability of material cost analysis and optimization, and be able to propose effective cost control schemes
熟练应用FMEA, DFM/DFA 。
Be familiar with FMEA, DFM/ DFA, etc.
熟练使用AUTOCAD、SolidWorks等相关工程软件。
Be familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks etc.
