岗位职责:

The purpose of the Associate Director, Manager/Senior Manager, Development Coordination & Project Management (DC&PM) is to provide strategic management of high complexity teams and drive the execution of product development through meeting management, strategic development planning, timeline management, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, finance and resource management, and conflict resolution. This position is expecting to provide Project Management (PM) leadership in establishing product development strategy.

1.Work with cross-functional team members to create product development plan, clinical development plan and budget estimations for China, track project activities, ensure identification and receipt of key deliverables, establishment and monitoring of timelines and conduct work stream follow-up activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

2.Develops, tracks and adjusts cross functional product development plan (timelines, budget, project documentation) in close interaction with different global/China functions and adjusts during compound development where necessary.

3.Coordinate and facilitate China project team meetings (CLPT), setting team meeting with creation of agenda, minutes, etc.

4.Facilitate the cross-functional communications, maintain the alignment within China project team and with global team.

5.Obtain and share the information about his/her responsible projects with internal stakeholders.

6.Accelerate and expand development of DS pipeline in China through collaboration with Astra Zenaca (AZ), track activities with AZ, facilitate resolution once an issue emerged.

7.Support setting internal meetings, eg Development Division (DD) meeting.



资历要求:

1.Bachelor's degree or above majored in Pharmacy, Biological Science or business.

2.5 years and above pharmaceutical or clinical research experience and 2 years and above relevant project management work experience is required

3.Strong technical experience with exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech industries product development is highly preferred

4.Must understand the whole process of drug development, especially for oncology field

5.Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

6.Strong leadership, influencing and organizational skills

7.Strong interpersonal skills (team building, listening and coaching)

8.Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization

9.Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

10.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

11.Ability to make decisions based on analysis of information and in partnership with team members

12.Looks for creative ways to avoid/solve problems when necessary and not compromise professional integrity

13.Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously; work effectively under time constraints to meet deadlines

14.PMP certification is a strong plus
