Gather data metrics and feedback to gain insights into the existing process and identify areas for the operation process improvement. 2) Utilize planning systems and purchasing processes with internal and external suppliers to support customer needs and expectations. Drive collaboration with suppliers to understand their capabilities, lead time and critical problem, share demand forecasts, inventory requirements to ensure suppliers are delivered to drive customer satisfaction. 3) Build and maintain strong linkages across Suppliers, Global Parts functions, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance teams to ensure proactive supply chain management. Lead to solve complicated supply chain challenging of design change, quality concern, T2 supplier supply constraint, identify potential supply chain risks ahead, develop mitigation strategies to deliver the business impact. 4) Effectively communicate both internally and externally to achieve business goals. Take a lead a sense of purpose and direction. Enabling teams to align their efforts. 5) Own delivery performance as well as inventory optimization achieving superior customer satisfaction and business results. 6) Lead top strategy supplier management and QBR to drive China multiple modalities materials supply health improvement under global supply chain uncertain environment. 7) Drive alternative supply chain solution for demand spike, EOL, Tech OBSO, LTB, Fair sharing and SWAP repair cases to deliver accurate supply planning and increase regional/global customer satisfaction and experience. 8) Identify simplification and automation opportunities delivering productivity improvements through lean initiatives and global cross functional joint projects.
