Event Marketing Supporting Service - Branding/Launch (senior level)
61 Process management: 1. Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control, resources allocation, documentation, etc. 2. Work closely with line manager on internal process management, i.e. Bidding process and car management process and other internal process. 61 Project coordination: 1. Support the project management from event preparation to implementation; include the event planning, agency brief, functional Dept. crossover communication. 2. Working closely with event agency, monitor and analyse event execution. 61 Internal and external communication: Internal & external coordination between relevant departments, vendors, partners, and event participants; 61 Support of team members on daily operations 61 Event onsite support and other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement: 61 At least 2years working experience in related marketing function of automotive industry. Project management experience preferred with a luxury brand or experience preferably in the automotive world. Working experience with BMW or event agency background make a plus. 61 Languages English (fluent, oral and written) 61 Bachelor's degree or above. 61 Good communication skills in communication with various internal and external functions. 61 Additional Skills: MS Office suite well versed in Power Point & Excel, passion for creativity and or design, events background added plus 61 Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organizational skills, creativity, ability to transfer your expertise to the automotive world 61 Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize with a flexible approach 61 Proactive and strong problem solving skills 61 Strong team player working in cross functional teams
