物流运作主管--美资快销项目

岗位职责：



1-负责监督和管理3PL自动化仓库运作项目，确保日常运作指标达成，提升供应链效率与服务质量。

Responsible for managing daily operation of 3PL AS/RS Project, ensuring the achievement of daily operational indicators, and improving supply chain efficiency and service level.



2-分析自动化仓库运营数据，识别潜在问题与改进机会，推动供应链管理的持续改进。

Analyze automated warehouse operation data, identify potential problems and improvement opportunities, and promote continuous improvement of supply chain management.



3-与供应商和端到端团队保持紧密沟通，协调解决合作过程中出现的问题，维护良好的合作关系。

Maintain close communication with suppliers and E2E cross function teams, coordinate and resolve any issues that arise during the cooperation process, and maintain a good working relationship.



4-处理仓库范围内异常和紧急事件，负责通过KPI、MBR（月度业务审查）、应急计划、紧急纠正以及持续提高效率。

Handle anomalies and emergencies within the warehouse, responsible for achieving KPI, MBR (monthly business review), emergency plans, urgent corrections, and continuously improving efficiency.



岗位要求：



1-教育背景：本科及以上学历，专业不限。

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.



2-工作经验：3-5年快消供应链行业相关经验，拥有3PL管理和自动化仓库运作经验者优先。

Work experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry, with experience in 3PL management and automated warehouse operations preferred.



3-专业技能：熟悉SAP系统操作；精通Microsoft办公软件；具备独立分析和解决问题能力。

Professional skills: Familiar with SAP/Excel/PowerBI; Capable of independent analysis and problem-solving skills.
