工作职责:
-Assist the clinical operation department to ensures that all clinical research studies are performed in compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), FOSUN SOPs, protocols, and any other applicable regulations.
-Ensure that all clinical operations work product is timely, efficient, oversight and of the highest quality.
Coordinate and provide line management to Project Managers (SCPMs/CPMs/ACPMs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with aspects to functional expertise, operational development, performance management, colleague engagement and development.
任职资格:
At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a scientific or health-related field.
More than 10 years’ experience in clinical research and management experience.
