Key Responsibilities: 61 Lead the embedded systems development team in designing, developing, and testing embedded software and hardware solutions. 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 61 Ensure the successful execution of projects by managing resources, KPIs, and schedules. 61 Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies. 61 Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth. 61 Manage internal and external stakeholders, and team members. 61 Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications:(需要有以下技术背景) 61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 61 Minimum of 10 years of experience in embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 61 Strong knowledge of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures. 61 Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation. 61 Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production. 61 Excellent problem-solving skills, stake holder (internal and external) management skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 61 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Chinese). Preferred Skills: 61 Experience in Healthcare industry. 61 Knowledge of Communication protocols such as CAN, ethernet, SPI etc.… 61 Knowledge of Xray devices and image processing 61 Knowledge of hardware design and PCB layout.
