Role Description & Responsibilities ·Contribute to pipeline and revenue by generating and qualifying leads according to the Dassault Systemes unique sales process ·Proactively identify and contact prospects based on GEO operational plan ·Transform Open leads into qualified leads ·Qualify Leads by providing & justifying mandatory information ·Manage Lead Qualification according agreed Operational-Level Agreement (OLA) ·Ensure other Stakeholders (Inside Sales, Sales Team) are successful in managing the leads according to the OLA
Your challenges ahead ·Open Leads from outbound and inbound campaigns ·Pipeline creation and management against target (Rolling Quarter) ·Verification of all information to nurture the Contacts and Leads
Qualifications ·Mandarin and English language skills is mandatory ·Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related ·Business Development or Telemarketing: around 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or IT/ Software Solutions ·Customer focus ·Peer cooperation – Team Player ·Remote sales (by phone) ·Maximize Sales Value ·Sales Process and Tools ·Strong Verbal and Written Communication & Negotiation Skills Effective Communication & Negotiation ·Technical knowledge management preferred
