Position Overview:
The HiL Sales engineer will have sales responsibility for sales activities within China, with a special focus on HiL (Hardware in the loop). The person will be responsible for aggressively driving, enterprise-level, business with clients in China.
The HIL Sales engineer will also be deeply involved in understanding customer RFQs and making technical proposals with the VI-grade HiL technical team. A strong HiL technical background is required.

Responsibilities:
61 Driving HiL business sales via HBK Virtual Test solutions in China.
61 Driving enterprise-level sales activities at key accounts in China.
61 RFQ process leader
61 Exceeding financial goals consistently.
61 Be the owner of HIL sales planning in China market, regular review and align with management
61 Maintain the business relationship with existing clients, development new customers.
61 Understand market trends, understand customer requirements.
61 Providing a high level of leadership to technical management to guide priorities in the region.
61 Concise, clear, and honest communication with staff on all aspects of your sales campaigns.
61 Concise communication to product planning on priorities for future products.
61 Ability to efficiently engage executive and HQ staff to drive sales activities.



Basic Qualifications:
61 Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering
61 Experience in simulation field
61 Theoretical knowledge and experience in technical and commercial
61 Proficiency in project management software tools
61 Fluent in English
61 Effective communication skillset (verbal/written)
61 Critical thinking, solid problem solving and excellent decision-making skills
61 Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
61 Ability to inspire, build and run relationships and solve conflicts
61 Adaptability and willingness to learn across disciplines
61 Empathic and having fun at work
61 Willingness for geographical mobility and travel
61 Thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment including hands on learning
61 Ability to work on different projects while prioritizing tasks
61 Ability to be self-motivated in interacting with internal teams, partners, and customers
61 Ability to problem solve new and complex systems on the fly including multiple variable problems
61 Must excel working under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines
61 Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented, highly organized individual with collaborative communication style
61 Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (civil, mechanical, electrical/IT) – mechanical/electrical/managing degree
61 Min 3 years of experience in the position. 5 would be beneficial
61 Processes of purchasing and shipping materials and equipment
61 Plant erection and start-up processes
61 Project Risks Analysis
61 Product and site safety
61 Strong teamwork skills
61 Customer orientated/focused
