Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 *** response & coordination to process trouble shooting or emergent response, coordinate resource.
61 Works on process problems definition and scope. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
61 Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. And developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes.
61 Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new equipment startup.
61 Keep consistent improvement for process, quality, performance, cost saving.

Education & Experience:
61 Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Thermodynamic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or other engineering related.
61 2 years work experience at least, 3~5years is preferred.

Required Skills:
61 Statistic knowledge or DMAIC skill.
61 Knowledge of ISO management system.
61 Habit of PCPD, 5S, Change management.
61 Familiar with Microsoft Office and SPC or Minitab for data analysis.
61 Python or Power BI skill is plus.

Desired Skills:
61 Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding.
61 Skillful in operation activity.
61 International & multi-culture communication, coordination, and follow-up ability.
61 Fluent English-speaking skill, CET-4 is must and CET-6 is plus.

61 Good presentation and reporting skill.
