Accountabilities: 1、基于零售渠道洞察和市场部策略,制定产品渠道战术和客户方案。Develop product channel tactics and customer plans based on insights from retail channels and marketing strategies. 2、基于零售渠道特点和渠道洞察(店员洞察、购物者洞察),完成店内推广活动及物料准备,如店员培训计划活动、慢病管理计划、终端激活活动等。Create in-store promotional activities and prepare materials based on insights from pharmacists and shoppers, including training programs for pharmacists, chronic disease management plans, and in-store activation initiatives. 3、制定电商平台业务策略,管理电商平台,开展线上推广活动,提升电商平台的综合表现。Formulate the EC platform business strategy, manage the platform, execute online promotional activities, and enhance the overall performance of the EC. 4、良好的跨部门沟通确保零售渠道活动的有效执行,跟进、评估并定期分享成功经验;创新性开展以患者为中心的渠道活动。Ensure effective execution of retail channel activities through strong cross-departmental communication. Track, evaluate, and regularly share successful experiences while innovating patient-centered channel activities. 5、零售渠道预算管理及ROI优化。Manage retail channel budgets and optimize ROI. 6、产品数据分析、销量预估与库存管理。Conduct product data analysis, FCST, and manage inventory effectively.
