Responsibilities: 1. Edit machine work instruction and PM work instruction. 2. Participate in all equipment related continuous improvement effort and activities to achieve company quality and business goals. 3. Performs tests, takes measurements, and maintains equipment logs and preventive maintenance sheets. 4. Develops and execute effective PM plans for related Assembly and Supporting equipment. Ensure PM and calibration system meet ISO9000 requirements. 5. Identifies root cause, formulate effective corrective actions and resolves problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down. 6. Responsible for installation and ensure functionality of all ESD requirement in production area. 7. Utilizes SPC tool to analyses, control and improve equipment performance.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or experience equivalent to that – Engineering related majors. 2. More than 3 years working experience, Strong hands-on engineering management for equipment. 3. English, fluent in reading and writing and speaking will be preferred. 4. MS office, 6 Sigma tool, JMP, or training equivalent to that. 5. With good SPC, DOE, 8D and relevant Engineering and Quality competence or with ability after training.
