Responsibilities
Analyzing the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing strategies. Conducting market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Establishing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement. Maintaining effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.

Scope of Work:
Sponsorship Program – Support brand team to create sponsorship strategies, execute activation programs and deliver strong content to help brand engage customers, build customer loyalty, enhance brand influence and support our dealers to drive business.
Customer Loyalty Program – Support BUs’ rewards / loyalty programs. Leverage existing resources to build exclusive customer experience platform. Monitor and adjust the performance of supporting programs. Evaluate customer feedback and offer rewards to increase perceived value.
Merchandise Management – Leverage merchandise to promote Cat brand. Create high-quality, creative designed merchandise to reflect brand identity and values, appeal younger generation. Work closely with merchandise partners to manage design and production, and leverage merchandise to support BUs and dealers driving business, also satisfied Cat internal colleagues’ needs.
Brand Identify – Support to define and maintain consistent brand values, messaging and visual elements. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop strategies to build and enhance brand recognition and loyalty. Monitor and protect the brand’s reputation.
