本职位为仪表类产品机械设计工程师。该职位主要任务是主导或者支持新产品的设计工作，以及现有产品的设计改进。同时与其他部门合作，对现有业务和生产提供技术支持。

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 岗位职责

1. Lead mechanical design related work on new product development and product improvement projects.
在新产品研发及产品改进项目上，负责机械设计相关的工作。
2. Work out design verification test plan, conduct tests and analyze the test results for new design project and study.
为新产品及研究项目，制定测试计划，实施测试方案，并分析测试结果。
3. Support project manager to work out project plan and complete deliverables on schedule according to Emerson New Product Development process.
按照艾默生新产品研发流程，协助项目经理制定项目计划，并按计划交付结果。
4. Work with other functional departments and provide technical support to improve product quality and cost.
与其他部门合作，提供技术，提高产品质量，优化成本。
5. Support global projects, and effectively communicate with global engineering team.
支持全球项目，建立和保持与全球工程师团队有效沟通。
6. Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art technologies, evaluates and implements new technologies into product designs.
保持对新技术新材料的敏感性，评估新技术并将其应用到产品设计中。
7. Participate Energy-saving and technology improvements.
参与节能技改项目。

To meet this role request, You Will Need: 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or equivalent
本科及以上学历，机械或相关专业
2. Relevant mechanical design experience is preferred
产品结构开发相关经验优先
3. Skilled on 3D CAD software, PTC Creo is preferred
熟练掌握一款工程3D制图软件，PTC Creo优先
4. Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing
良好的英文听说读写能力
