1.Manage GCN master schedule and calendaring of GCN key meeting and dealer events. 2.Facilitate domestic and international travel arrangements, assist in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation for VP GCN and BJ Distribution Director. 3.Manage office vehicle / driver arrangements. 4.Support multiple Caterpillar executives, leaders, and dealer senior management visits to China. 5.Support VP, GCN and GCN Leaders on events logistics(such as Dealer Principals’ meeting, GCN AEM)
