职位概述
支持公司全球的胶黏剂开发工作，根据全球工程胶黏剂开发部门的发展要求，合成特定的化合物或聚合物，改善公司产品的性能，提高市场竞争力。
Support the development of R&D, fulfill the requirement of Global engineering R&D department, research demanded chemical compound or polymer, improve the current product, improving market competitiveness.


主要职责
Major responsibility
i. 支持开发工程师优化现有产品和开发新产品来满足客户的需求 [30%]；
Support the research scientist to develop new products or improve the existing products to meet the internal / external customer’s requirements.
ii. 可以根据作业指导书独立进行放大及小规模生产工作 [30%]；
Independently plan and conduct of pilot trials and small scale production by following general directions;
iii. 具有独立进行化学合成的能力，可以为内部和外部合作提供新产品 [30%]；
Independently carry out chemical synthesis for new products for the internal and external cooperation；
iv. EHS和道德: 遵守履行部门EHS的职责，以及公司道德合规要求 [10%]
EHS & Morals: Comply with EHS responsibilities and company ethical compliance requirements [10%].


任职要求
Post requirements
61 学历要求：博士及上学历，有机化学、高分子化学及化学相关专业。
Educational background: PHD or above, organic chemistry, polymer science or related chemistry specialty.
61 工作经验要求：很强的有机合成背景，3年以上有机合成工作经验优先
Working experience: Strong organic synthesis background, 3 years’ experience or above are preferred
61 英语熟练，可作为工作语言，有跨国企业经历或海外留学经验优先
Working language is English, multinational enterprise or overseas study are priority
61 对化学品法律法规有一定的了解
Understand chemistry related laws and regulations
61 对粘合剂行业有所了解，有在行业的工作经验优先
Understanding about adhesive industry, related working experience are priority
