Role: Build the specific education strategy to support the Geo channel plan and priorities: -Assess the academic and research landscape/market in territories -Promote the 3DSEXPERIENCE platform to academic institutions and research accounts, consolidating DS brands to university users. -Working with Dean, professors and students of universities to have thern endorse our solutions in multi-year programs for transforming their educational and pedagogical engineering systems. -Define a successful education strategy and generate growth in assigned territory to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging with industries strategy. -Provide an accurate forecast on 4 rolling quarter and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives. -Tracking training and certification growth
Qualification Ideally 7-10 years of experience in education/learning management roles within software companies or similar. Strong knowledge of the academic/education landscape Channel management and Tech sales background is plus. Knowledge prior exposure to 3DS recommended. Skill Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fore case future levels of business. Implement sales strategies management. Must really show passion for working with education and understand the specificities of target market. Take other works as required. Highly interested by education in general (academic institutions, student teacher, professional training) and research program. Willing to understand in depth how DS build the user pool for our industry customer, through the transformation of the world of education Willing to work both direct/indirect as meeting education is crucial and represents a significant portion of the time as much as working with partner. With strong team loyalty, able to travel (60%+) in normal times.
