主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：

1. 负责排放试验室现场工作，与试验委托方进行技术沟通，形成试验大纲和具体的试验任务书，并制定排放试验任务计划，监督计划执行情况，以此来不断提高排放试验室的工作效率和作业能力。
Perform emission test onsite, communicate with test customers, make test program and test plan, give advice to operators, monitor test operation and execution, improve test efficiency and capability.

2. 对试验数据进行判断和分析，解释试验技术方面的问题，对项目成果进行最初的评估，提供有关技术方面的报告。
Analyze and make judgment test data, give suggestion for technical issues. Make initial evaluation on project results, provide technical reports for customers.

3. 为了保证试验室运营质量，制定设备的操作规程、检测工作细则、设备标定、保养、检查规程等质量文件，负责培训设备操作员、实施比对试验和CNAS所要求的规范。
In order to guarantee lab operation quality , need make equipment operation procedure, detailed measurement rules, equipment calibration/maintenance/ inspection rules; train equipment operators; perform vehicle correlation tests; implement CNAS standard

4. 制定排放试验室设备期间核查计划、年度保养计划、并监督执行。及时发现问题并排除故障，保障设备的有效运行并确保排放试验的顺利完成，同时应建立相关健全的设备维修档案。
Make equipment period inspection schedule and annual maintenance plan and implement to ensure equipment on good condition. Check equipment faults, troubleshooting in time and establish maintenance record.

5. 负责排放试验室设备的日常运营，包含主控系统、分析系统、转鼓及环境舱，完成每天交付的试验任务，及时将运营过程中出现的问题告知主管
Responsible emission lab daily operation including master control system, analyzer system, dyno and chamber, finish each day test according test order, inform problem to supervisor in time during lab operation.

任职条件/Requirement：

1. 本科或以上学历，汽车、机械或相关专业，3年以上整车排放试验工作经验；
Bachelor or above. Automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or related engineering background. 3 years or above emission lab working experience.

2. 熟悉汽车、发动机及关键总成，熟悉排放试验规范，能够判别整车排放试验中的故障并提出建议；
Knowledge of automotive, engine and key components, knowledge of emission test standard, be able to identify faults during emission test and make proposal on improvement.

3. 有驾照，驾驶熟练；Driver license, experienced in driving.

4. 良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；Teamwork spirit and good skill of communication.

5. 良好英语语言能力，有德语能力优先；Good in English, German preferred.
