General Description: The Senior Assistant role is responsible for providing high quality administrative supports to senior leaders and their team. This role will perform a wide range of operational activities independently, with the objective to improve operational efficient within and across functions. The key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Support functional Senior leaders in following perspectives: *02 Manage leader’s daily calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings arrangement, and travel management etc. Also leaders expense reimbursement and other logistic supports are included. In addition, this role is expected to have basic understanding in R&D business and is able to apply this knowledge in daily administrative work. *02 Act as a main contact person of respective function(s) for operational data collecting, sorting, organizing, updating, and archiving, ensuring the readiness of necessary materials and information in a timely, accurate, and structured manner. * Be flexible to take on other emerging assignments when necessary. Support teams operations by: *02 Leading department meeting arrangements /team building / trainings / activities/ celebrations / etc., drive through event execution thoroughly from planning, coordinating, budget control, implementing, taking feedback, adjusting, all the way to wrapping up and recapping for future * Facilitating cross-functional meetings and activities in end-to-end manner, including planning, logistic preparation, execution, and follow-ups if needed. *Supporting to complete all internal process for all activities involved for specific function including submission, editing, following up, enclosing per requested, such as SAP, Concur, Meeting Best, Icertis, Docusign, Advisor Board Meeting, Sponsor Agreement etc. * Taking on other assigned team tasks when necessary. Be responsible for admin operational initiatives by Head Office * Be responsible for or co-lead R&D level or corporate meeting arrangement, cross-functional events, including planning, internal process implementation, execution, etc., such as townhall, celebration events, POA, cross-functionally organized event. * Partner with internal/ external stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues to increase operational productivity through identifying optimization gaps, proposing initiatives and implementation.
