岗位职责: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Greater China region for our advanced SPR technology. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to promote our solutions, manage distributors, and develop new market opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biosensors, molecular interaction analysis, or related life sciences technologies, along with a proven track record in sales, third party agency (TPA) management, and market expansion. While they are expected to be self-driven in executing sales initiatives, they are expected to be a team player and align with and implement the company’s overall market strategy.
Responsibilities: 61 Drive sales growth in the Greater China region through a combination of direct sales, TPA management, and market development. 61 Manage and support TPA to ensure strong performance, alignment with company strategy, and effective market coverage. 61 Promote biosensor technology to potential customers through presentations, demonstrations, and industry events, increasing market awareness and adoption. 61 Execute the company’s commercial strategy in China, ensuring alignment with global and regional business goals. 61 Identify and develop new business opportunities, including key accounts, emerging market segments, and strategic partnerships. 61 Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. 61 Work closely with internal and international teams (e.g., business development, technical support, marketing, compliance) to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. 61 Ensure effective communication and reporting with headquarters, providing regular updates on sales performance, market developments, and distributor progress.
任职要求: 61 Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Biophysics, Bioengineering, or a related life sciences field (or equivalent experience in biosensors and molecular interaction analysis). 61 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or distributor management in the life sciences or analytical instrumentation industry. 61 Deep understanding of biosensor technology and molecular interaction analysis, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to commercial audiences. 61 Proven track record in sales growth, distributor management, and market expansion in China. 61 Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive initiatives independently while aligning with company strategy. 61 Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on development.
