Monitor/provide regular maintenance service ie furniture, copy machine, phone, greenery, warehouse…etc 负责北京办公室设施设备,装修绿化等共用事务及家具,打印机等固定资产的行政及定期维护管理行政及维修. 61 Instruct the office sanitation worker (Ayi), and make sure the office area is always in a clean, sanitary and tidy condition. 负责办公室5S管理,指导保洁员的定期清理,保证北京办公室的清洁卫生。 61 Prepare related expense claim for office electricity, DHL, EMS and other express, stationery , cleaning, etc. as well as the cost report on monthly base. 月度提交办公室电费,快递等相关行政费用的报销及成本报告。 任职要求: 61 College graduate with minimum one year of related experience in an international setting. 大专以上学历,至少一年相关国际工作经验。 61 Polite and representative; active work attitude; service minded; self-management character; good organizational skills. 有礼貌,有代表性;积极的工作态度;服务意识;自我管理特色;良好的组织能力。 61 Good command of English in daily communication 良好的英语沟通能力 61 Familiar with MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 61 熟练使用MS办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 61 Fluency in English (oral and written communication). 61 英语流利(口头和书面沟通)。
