Job Description: 61 Developing and overseeing compliance systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. 61 Developing and maintaining a culture of integrity and awareness of compliance issues at Wilo China. 61 Identifying, managing, mitigating and solving compliance and integrity issues and risks at Wilo China. 61 Revising procedures, reports, and contracts etc., periodically to identify and prevent hidden risks or non-conformity issues. 61 Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for intellectual property issues (brand, patent, anti-counterfeit) and internal contact person for ongoing requests for IP related issues. 61Ensuring adequate training of all relevant employees in general and specific legal/IP/compliance matters. 61 Provide day to day legal support to suit business needs 61 Other tasks to be specified by the superior.
Requirement: 61 Bachelor in legal, fluent in Chinese and English. 61 Hold Chinese attorney’s certificate 61 Solid experience in manufacturing industry. 61 Ability to understand the business, its strategies, people and organizational structure. 61 Ability to take and defend decisions towards senior management and employees in complex and sensitive situations. 61 Strong analytical skills regarding legal/IP/compliance and business issues and risks. 61 Sound judgement when balancing legal/compliance risks against business benefits. 61 Strong communication skills to convince people and gain trust and confidence. 61 Strong project development and team spirit
