JOB PURPOSE
61 Contact customers and agents for well organize the shipment and closely follow the process.
61 Keep overseas agent informed of shipment progress.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
61 Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date.
61 Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information.
61 Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
61 Input shipment data and cost into system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
61 Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
61 Communicate with local agent for delivery & on-board time.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
61 Bachelor’s degree of International Trade, English, Transportation.
61 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions at IFF industry.
61 Good communication and inter-personal skill.
61 Teamwork spirit.
