Job Responsibilities: The Research Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the research center's academic activities, including research projects, teaching development, and administrative operations. Key responsibilities include: Research Support 1. Conduct literature reviews and synthesize academic findings for ongoing research projects. 2. Assist in data collection, cleaning, coding, and analysis using quantitative/qualitative methods. 3. Support research project coordination, including timeline management, team communication, and progress tracking. 4. Contribute to case writing for academic publications or teaching materials, ensuring rigor and clarity. 5. Prepare research outputs (reports, presentations, policy briefs) for internal and external stakeholders. Teaching Support 6. Assist in course development, including syllabus design, lecture slides, and reading material compilation. 7. Develop and refine teaching cases based on real-world business/financial scenarios. 8. Coordinate class logistics (guest lectures, student assignments, grading support). 9. Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and external partners. Administrative & Operational Support 10. Manage the research center’s daily operations, including scheduling, documentation, and event organization. 11. Liaise with international scholars and industry executives for collaborative projects or events. 12. Maintain research databases and ensure compliance with institutional protocols. 13. Support grant applications and funding-related documentation. Job Requirements: 1. Master/PhD student with research experience in business management or HROB . 2. Excellent English and Chinese writing ability. 3. 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training preferred. 4. Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. With experience in using quantitative analysis software. 5. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups. 7. Able to commit for at least 2 years
