工作职责: Key account development within territory: - Build up the knowledge of key customers and key industries with his territory including all potential accounts - Be able to develop and drive the targeted key account sales strategy, build up extensive full level knowledge of the customer including business partner in case when needed. - Develop direct customer access, key personnel contacts, and continually expand the customer base. Leverage existing customer base Expand into new industries - Manage a complex selling environment Partner development(Distributors, other industry partners): - Develop extensive knowledge of the power suppliers or automation products market in his/her territory – end users, applications, competitors and competitive products, market pricing, Sales rep, distribution channels, service practices, sales programs, etc… - Identify, design/develop new partners/distributor strategy within the territory - Training distributor sales personnel to make right approach to customers by organizing our internal technical/marketing resource etc… - Coordinate distributor activities and interactions such as product demonstration, product application or test. - Develop an effective and successful distributor structure / network in the region Sales tools and reporting: - Establish and maintain timely as well as high quality sales forecasting and use sales tools to report. - Compile and maintain point of sales as well as key project report for account and potential channel. - Provide market and trend report about channel development in assigned territory.
