KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Employer Branding & Events 1) Regular employee activities as badminton club, birthday party etc., organize activity for intercultural communication which incl. Chinese & Indian traditional festival celebration. 2) Organize annual employee engaged activities as Family Day, Incentive trip etc. 3) Create competence to inspire employees’ enthusiasm & enhance engagement, create a harmonious atmosphere around employees in office. 2. Company Branding & Events 1) Office branding with same style & design around China to display unified image of Dr. Reddy’s. 2) Design marketing branding materials like calendar, notebook, brochure, poster, logo gift for business teams to promote Dr. Reddy’s image. 3) Manage marketing promotion activities, such as CIIE, Pharm China, business signing ceremony & business promotion activities. 4) Design booth, promotion materials for exhibition, well organized to ensure exhibition run smoothly. 3. Office Daily Operation 1) Office daily work management and admin service provide 2) office supply management 3) office decoration and environment maintenance etc. 4) Payment & VIP reception. 4. Team/ Cost/ Vendor/ Process Management + IT Management 1) Arrange team daily work, appraise and coach team member, decrease complaint rate. 2) Manage IT daily work, get and receive employees' feedback and improve IT support, manage IT budget. manage vendor to evaluate their support. 5. Country Head's support 1) Country Head's daily support including travel arrangement, meeting support, transportation support 2) Other request such as Business review meeting support, material prepare and follow up Skills and Experience: 1. Bachelor or above degree in relative majors. 2. Above 10 years work experience in event, branding or administration. More than 3 years team management experience. 3. Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for daily communication, report writing, and cross-cultural collaboration. 4. Strong planning and implementation ability, proactive thinking, good sense of service and team leadership. 5. Good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems. 6. Proficient in office software.
