职位描述
ACTIVITY 1 - Sales销售
Develop direct sales (OEM, Key accounts, Users, Engineering…) / 开发直销业务(OEM、重点客户、终端用户、工程公司等)
Actively visit customers in the region and update CRM datas / 积极拜访区域内的客户并更新CRM数据
Maintain and improve high level of service to the customer (prompt and proficient answers) / 保持并提升对客户的高水平服务(提供及时且专业的回应)
Understand, implement, and manage marketing and sales develpment plans in the region / 理解、执行并管理区域内的市场营销与销售发展计划
Prospect new customers and new markets / 开发新客户与新市场
Actively contribute to Service and spare parts sales / 积极促进服务及备件销售
Follow-up offers in the region for all activities of PCM / 跟进区域内所有PCM业务的报价
Monitor and supervise all contracts and operations in the region for all the activities of PCM / 监控并监督区域内所有PCM业务的合同与执行
Prepare and participate in promotional activities (exhibition, Lunch&learns, seminars…) / 准备并参与推广活动(展会、午餐研讨会、研讨会等)
Regularly follow-up receivables/pending payments and chase potential overdue. / 定期跟进应收账款/待付款项并催缴可能逾期的款项。
Analyse and report risks associated to a project (technical, commercial, finance, legals…) / 分析并报告项目相关风险(技术、商务、财务、法律等)
Select, configure the relevant equipement / 选择并配置相关设备
Prepare, review and submit technical offers for pumps and basic systems / 准备、审核并提交泵及基础系统的技术报价
Review Sales contract and place orders in the CRM / 审核销售合同并在CRM系统中下单

ACTIVITY 2 - Budget / IBP
Forecast annual, quaterly and montlhy turnover for the region / 预测区域的年度、季度及月度营业额
Forecast monthy sales in quantity by serie for the region to fuel IBP / 按产品系列预测区域的月度销量,以支持综合业务计划(IBP)
Collaborate in establishing sales budget for the region / 协助制定区域销售预算

ACTIVITY 3 - Market
Report competition prices, features and strategy to management and Marketing / 向管理层及市场部汇报竞争对手的价格、产品特性及策略
Report any information related to an other region to the approprite Sales contact / 将与其它区域相关的任何信息报告给相应的销售联系人

ACTIVITY 4 - Key Account Management
Collaborate on business development and tender preparation and framework agreements prior to submission; / 在提交前,就业务开发、投标准备及框架协议进行协作;
Organise vendor's list registration campaign and get registred in the customer data base / 组织供应商名录注册活动并在客户数据库中完成注册
Identify key contacts or business and establish and trustable relationship / 识别关键联系人或业务,并建立可信赖的关系
Forecast sales with the key accounts / 与重点客户共同预测销售
Reports trends, competition, culture, global strategy / 报告趋势、竞争状况、文化及全球战略
Define the pricing policy for the key account / 为重点客户制定定价策略
Financial analysis on key account profitability / 对重点客户盈利能力进行财务分析
