1. Lead, manage and achieve MRO/Spare parts/Service sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts. 2. Accomplish the annual KOB3 booking target, proactively search and identify new opportunities in current market. 3. Provide commercial and technical support to sales channel. 4. Develop and execute key account management program to create more business from installed base. 5. Customers relationship management. Help customer to resolve onsite technical problems and emergency issues to maintain and enhance the satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Manage and train the LBP sales channel to improve their skill set to be capable to pursue MRO/Service business. 7. Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.
For This Role, You Will Need: 1. Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials. 2. 3+ years’ experience in instrument, automation, engineer or process industry. Experience in Valve or actuator sales/On-site technical background is preferred. 3. Strategy implement KOB3 business. 4. Good communication with LBP and end user. 5. Good PC literate, interpersonal, effective communication and teamwork skills. 6. Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
