岗位责任 Job responsibility ● 独立负责福格申公司该地区市场的销售,包括市政水处理,工业、沼气、农业等领域,并对公司月度和全年的市场销售指标负责 Shall be responsible for Vogelsang regional sales. Including Municipal WWT, industry, biogas, Agriculture. Reach monthly target and annual sales target. ● 独立负责该地区的经销商的开发和管理,完成市场开拓和销售目标 Develop new regional customers and distributors, Reach sales target. ● 负责定期与该地区的各大相关设计院进行技术交流,推广福格申公司产品 Technical communication with regional design institues at regular intervals to promote Vogelsang products . ● 负责积极开拓福格申公司产品的市场和应用领域 Develop new market and application. ● 积极拜访该地区客户(用户,设计院,总包,代理商等)并建立长远合作关系 Visit regional customers (end user, Design Institute, Contractor and distributors) and build up long-term relationship. ● 每周按时提交客户列表,项目列表,拜访报告,周报 Submit customer list, project list, visiting report and weekly report. ● 针对销售市场情况及时给予福格申公司总经理和全国销售总监市场销售策略方面的建议 Put forward sales suggestions to Vogelsang sales director and general manager regarding to market. ● 协调经销商团队并支持公司各个部门的运作 Cooperate sales team and each department to operate the company. ● 遵循公司的规章制度和员工守则 Comply with company rules and employees handbook. ● 完成领导交代的其它工作 Fulfill other tasks arranged by company.
岗位要求 Qualifications ● 须具有设计或机械专业专科以上毕业文凭 Graduated from college or university and major in Engineering or mechanics is required. ● 5年以上销售经验或3年以上相关行业销售经验 5 year sales experience or 3 years sales experience in related market ● 具有水处理行业或沼气行业销售经验优先考虑 Sales experience in waste water treatment, biogas preferred. ● 有竞争意识和能力,能够承受工作压力并独立计划和开展工作 Work under pressure and competition. Ability to plan and carry out independently. ●完成公司下达的销售指标 Achieve sales target. ● 具有良好的沟通和协调交际能力 Good communication skill, achieve company sales target efficiently. ● 能够接受销售业绩与个人收入直接挂钩的工资管理体系 It shall be acceptable for a relationship between sales performance and salary. ● 具有良好的英语听说读写能力优先考虑 Good English in spoken and written.
