工作职责: 1.Achieve sales target in the regional market;达成区域市场各项销售考核目标; 2. DB development and management, assist distributors to build distribution networks and plan sales activities according to company requirements;区域经销商开发及管理,协助经销商布建分销网络及根据公司要求规划销售活动计划; 3.Supervise distributors to submit all data reports required by the company on time;督促经销商准时完成公司要求的各项数据提报; 4.Coordinate the cooperation between the company and distributors, and improve the cooperation degree of distributors;协调公司与经销商的合作关系,提升区域经销商合作配合度; 5.Manage the inventory and order of the distributors, follow up the arrival of the goods, keep the inventory of the distributors at a reasonable level;经销商库存和订单的管理,跟进商品的到货,使经销商库存保持在合理水平; 6.Manage and control the sales budget, maximize the use of sales expenses and resources in the channel, and improve the efficiency of cost utilization;管理和控制销售预算,使销售费用及资源在渠道得以***化利用,提升费用使用效率; 7.Arrange and coach MT merchandiser to make sure SO target is achieved.业务人员、导购人员的招聘、培训及管理。 任职资格: 1.College degree or above, practical experience in market construction, proficient in using computer;大专及以上学历,市场布建实战经验,能熟练使用电脑办公软件; 2.At least 3 years of FMCG sales experience, more than 1 year sales supervisor experience;至少三年以上快消品销售经验,一年以上销售主管经验; 3.Familiar with regional FMCG market and terminal channel;熟悉区域快消品市场及终端渠道; 4.Market management and analysis, able to work independently;市场管理与分析,能独立开展销售主管工作; 5.Guide and evaluate the team, target performance oriented;引导及评估团队,以目标绩效为导向; 6.Strong understanding, judgment and communication skills.较强理解、判断及沟通能力。
