岗位职责：
1、冲压，辊压工艺方案制定，工艺平面布局规划。Draw up stamping rolling technology and lay out planning.
2、冲压，辊压工装夹具方案评审，图纸会签，组织验收及生产验证。Audit and release supplier stamping rolling tooling drawing,and organize to check and accept it ,moreover to test and verify it.
3、编制工艺及相关文件，验证工艺的正确性及合理性。Work out welding related documents,and conform the validity and rationality.
4、协调并解决项目试装及生产中发现的工艺及技术问题。Coordinate and resolve technology problem during project tryout and production.
5、冲压，滚压工艺的持续改进。Make a sustained improvement about rolling technology.
6、新工艺、新技术的培训、应用及推广。New technic and technology training 、application and spreading.
素质要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、冲压或相关专业。Above bachelor degree about education,and must be machinery related major.
2、知晓滚压技术、冲压模具的相关知识及技能。Know robot rolling technology 、punching tooling and related knowledge and skill well.
3、三年以上制造业工艺管理工作经验，三年以上冲压行业工作经验者优先考虑。Someone who has more than 3 years working experience will be prioritized to recruit.
4、熟练掌握office、AutoCAD、CATIA等办公及制图软件。Know well the office、AutoCAD、CATIA and so on the software.
5、较好的英语运用能力，Skilled English ability.
6、良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力。Communication and team cooperation ability must be well.
