About this position岗位介绍 Apply Lean Concept to lead continuous improvement on productivity. Develop work standardization and work instructions of FA process, ensure smooth production. This role will report directly to IE Supervisor. 运用精益理念进行生产力的持续改进活动。开发总装过程的标准化工作及作业指导，保证生产的顺利进行。此职位将会直接汇报给工艺主管。
Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责 Be responsible for making and designing FA manufacturing process 总装制造流程的制作和设计 Make FA SOS and work instructions, complete GCSD study of work station and allocate headcount. Develop FA manufacturing system and design FA manufacturing process. Optimize FA area layout 总装标准化操作及作业指书书；完成工位工时研究，下发人员配置；负责总装制造系统和流程设计;优化总装区布局设计 Improve FA QVC metrics 改善总装区QVC指标 Eliminate wastes. Balance assembly line stations. Improve FA labor efficiency. Reduce FA headcount 浪费，平衡流水线工位，提高总装区生产效率，减少总装区生产人员 Solve production field problems and quick response 现场问题解决和快速反应 Solve technical problems of the production site and assist C.S. department to analyze FA FTQ and quality problems. Quick response 生产现场的工艺技术问题,协助质量部门解决总装区的质量问题并快速反应 Continuous improvement 持续改进 Utilize Lean Concept to lead continuous improvements on FA area. Develop automatic equipment and standardize procedure to improve FA performance 精益思想对总装现场实施持续改进；开发自动化设备和标准化流程以提高总装表现 Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety 遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。
Basic qualifications 基本条件 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical electronics or other related subjects. 本科学历或以上，机械电子或其他相关专业。 Be familiar with industrial engineer, manufacturing system design and process optimization knowledge. 熟悉工业工程，制造系统设计及流程优化等知识。 Good English communication ability and computer application skill. 良好的英语沟通能力和计算机应用技巧。
