1.参与新产品开发前期质量工作，包括PPAP样件的检测、PPAP文件的编制；

2.负责产线过程检验和成品检验的标准制定及培训；
Responsible for prepare and train inspection spec for semi-finished goods and finished goods
3.负责MSA的策划和实施；
Responsible for MSA；
4.负责年度性能试验计划/全尺寸计划编制及实施的监控;
Responsible for prepare annual performance test plan/full dimension inspection plan and follow up implement；
5.负责产线Cpk及SPC的策划和实施；
Responsible for plan Cpk and SPC and implement；
6.负责顾客要求包括顾客CSR、具体产品质量要求等的收集并评审；
Be responsible for collecting and reviewing customer requirement including CSR and production quality requirement;
7.负责顾客和公司间所有信息的有效传递和及时沟通；
Be responsible for delivery information between customer and company and 8.定期拜访客户，与客户建立、保持良好关系。
Visit customer periodly and create good customer relationship
9.对顾客退回品按照公司流程进行处理，并运用质量工具对缺陷模式进行统计分析
Handle customer return parts according to company procedure and statistic and analyze failure mode with quality tools;
10.组织多功能小组制定改进措施并跟踪验证有效性
Establish team to make corrective action and veriry efectiveness.
11.处理退回品时对环境和安全的影响组织评估
